Application Process

It is easy to apply for a Groves Home.

Firstly you will need to complete an application form, either online, or by printing the form and sending it Groves Home Rental.
If your application is successful and there is a property available, you will be sent a contract and will need to pay a deposit.
The property will have been cleaned, the meters checked
You move in and receive a complementary "Welcome Pack"

If there are not suitable homes available

With your permission, we will put you on our circulation list, keeping you informed of availabilities and any developments in the area, such as new businesses, amenities that are opening
